Jayne, Adrian and Dave are seasoned business professional with manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce backgrounds. We have been running a successful Amazon FBA and FBM business since 2015. Having industry leading products and services combined with our maniacal focus on Customer Service makes us the perfect partner for you.
We started out using extra space in our Manufacturing facility which we quickly outgrew. We previously partnered with a 3PL company to manage our inventory and shipping. We quickly realized that as a smaller Amazon Seller, we were too small for them to focus on our needs, specifically sending inventory into Amazon on a timely basis. Our last experience was we drove our pick-up truck 45 miles (in rush hour traffic) to grab and label 50 cartons to take which we drove 2 miles down the street to UPS. We made our plan to open our own warehouse that we determined would save money and eliminate delays sending inventory into Amazon. That is why we will ship UPS same day for UPS labels sent to us by 12:00Noon.
With our core focus on small business, our 2 warehouses located in San Dimas, California. We are freeway close with easy access and perfectly located in the middle of the Long Beach and Los Angeles Ports and the Amazon warehouses located in Ontario and Rialto. We support receiving Full Containers (FCL), Less than Containers (LCL) and air freight from manufactures outside the United States. Domestically we primary use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to ship our FBA products to Amazon and our Amazon FBM and Walmart Customers.
Now that we have processes, procedures in place and happy trail customers, we are ready to expand our business in hopes that we can help small to medium sized business like we were in 2015 to have a more comprehensive warehouse approach to make it easier to successfully grow and scale your Amazon business
